Hamden Symphony Orchestra, an all-volunteer community Orchestra, seeks musicians interested in joining the group for its special Summer 2024 concert and 2024-2025 season. Rehearsals will be held on Thursday evenings from 7:00 - 9:15 PM beginning in late May for the summer and early September for the Fall. The following are particularly needed as of now, though please inquire for openings in other sections:​​​

• Bassoon

• Flute/Piccolo (By audition depending on interest)

• French Horn

• Percussion

• Voice (Summer season by audition)

• Violin

• Viola

• Cello

• Double Bass
